At Eightlines®, we’re not just selling tracksuits; we’re building a community. We want you to be completely confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 10-day, "No Questions Asked" exchange and return policy. If it doesn’t fit the vibe or the frame, we’ve got you covered.
How it Works

Simple & Direct
- Exchange or Refund: Once your item reaches us, we’ll immediately initiate your exchange or your refund. For your convenience, we process refunds via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
- The Logistics: To keep our prices honest and accessible, we ask that you handle the return shipping through any courier of your choice. (Please note that original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable).
- The Details: For standard returns, a small processing fee of Rs. 500 will be deducted from the refund. However, if you’re returning an item due to a manufacturing defect, that’s on us—no fees, no hassle.

To ensure a smooth process, we just ask that your items are sent back in their original condition—unwashed, unworn, and with all Eightlines® tags still attached.
