Exchange & Return Policy

Eightlines® provides a “10 days exchange/return, no questions asked” policy for its customers. Prior to shipping of return/exchange to us, just notify us by calling us at +92 3078667676 or by writing us at sales@eightlines.com.pk. Refund/Exchange will be initiated immediately after we receive the item. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. Customer will have to bear the cost of returning the item to us. They will have to send back the shipment via any courier service. In case of refund, a Processing fee of 250 pkr will be charged unless the reason of refund/exchange is due to a manufacturing defect. Refunds will be initiated through Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash or Easy Paisa.
